We have over 30 sponsors and the golf registrations are coming in now.  We estimate there will be 80 golfers in the event- the deadline for entries is 9/26/08.  The tournament is Saturday October 4th, 1pm at Rich Maiden Golf Course.  The tournament committee voted to cater the main course for the event, but we will need assistance from each family to help with supplies and food preparation.

We have arrangements to purchase pulled pork and roast beef.  We already have donations for macaroni salad, baked beans, chips, pretzels, beer and soda.  In addition to those donations we will be asking each family to donate at least one of the following:

We have enough door prizes so that all registered players will leave with a gift/prize.  This looks to be a big fundraiser for the booster club, so please help in any way you can.  We would love for this to become an annual event.

Any left over items (that will keep) can be saved for the snack stand

We will also need some parents and players to volunteer the day of the tournament from 12noon to 5~6pm.  We will need a few volunteers to help us set up at about 11:15am.  Players should wear KHS uniform shirt to support our organization and make a good impression.  We will need some volunteers to sell 50/50, mulligans, car hole and help with food service.  Parent volunteers should try to wear any Kutztown Spirit wear if they have it.
