Spring Registration 2012

U8/U6 Spring Soccer

2012 Spring Session will have practices for U6 and U8 players on Wednesdays starting on 4/18/12 thru 5/16/12.

In addition to Wednesday practices, this season the U8s will play games on Sundays starting on 4/22/12 thru 5/20/12.

(game time schedules to be announced)

Both practices and games will be held on the field between the elementary school and high school.

If your child did not play soccer in the fall, parents are required to fill out the RG-6 form.

We are in need of volunteers to assist us in our spring soccer program.  If you are willing to help, please include your contact information on the registration form volunteer section.  Thank you!

All volunteers must go to the EPYSA website and fill out a Risk Management Form.

U9 & Up Registration

Fill out the registration form online and print it out.

The registrar requires 1" x 1" headshot photo of the player for the player pass. (U9 & up only)

Photocopy of player's birth certificate only for incoming U9 players or those who are new to the club and did not register with the club in the spring.

The registration form has 3 pages.

Mail your check and registration information to the club PO box.

Apparel orders may be combined in the same check with registration fee.

Deadline November 4, 2011.  Late registrations will not be accepted.
