Fall Registration 2008

Our registration forms are Adobe PDF forms. You may type directly into the gray boxes and add checkmarks in the blue boxes. Once completed, print out the form and mail it with your check and any additional photos or birth certificates to the club PO box.

U9 & Up Registration

	Discount Date Deadline June 1, 2008 ($25 discount off of registration)
	Fill out the registration form online and print it out.
	The registrar requires 1" x 1" headshot photo of the player for the player pass. (U9 & up only)
	Photocopy of player's birth certificate only for incoming U9 players or those who are new to the club and did not register with the club last year or this spring.
	The registration form has 3 pages.
	Mail your check and registration information to the club PO box.
	Apparel orders may be combined in the same check with registration fee.
	Most teams will be playing in the Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League www.lvysl.org
	Final Deadline June 18, 2008. Late registrations will not be accepted.

If you are unable to print the forms, a limited number are available at the Louisa Gonser Community Library, 70 Bieber Alley in Kutztown. You may also use the library computer to fill out the form and print it yourself.

U6 & U8 Registration

All teams are intramural and all games are played in Kutztown after Labor Day. See the registration form for more details and dates.

	The registration fee is $25 due June 18, 2001.
	All players receive a T-shirt.
	Fill out the registration form online and print it out.
	Mail your check and registration form to the club PO box.
	The registration form has 3 pages.
	Apparel orders may be combined in the same check with registration fee.

U6/U8 Spring Soccer

Spring Soccer will begin on Wednesday April 9, 2008. Sessions will continue every Wednesday through May 21, 2008. If we need to cancel a session due to bad weather, it will not be rescheduled. There is no fee to participate in our spring soccer program. Simply come to as many sessions as you can.

U8 (6 & 7 yr olds) and U6 (4 & 5 yr olds) players will be in separate groups this year.

Tom Fenerty will run the U8 program and Hugh Smith will handle the U6's. We will need volunteers to assist us in supervising the sessions. Any help is appreciated. No coaching experience is necessary.
