U8/U6 Spring Soccer

Spring Sessions Wednesdays, 4/14/10-5/19/10, 6-7 pm on the fields between the Elementary School and High School in progress.

All volunteers must go to the EPYSA website and fill out a Risk Management Form. Any questions regarding this form please contact Rich Reimert at 610-756-4105.

We are in need of volunteers to assist us in supervising/coaching our fall soccer program. If you are willing to help, please include your contact information on the registration form volunteer section. Thank you!

This registration is for players 4, 5, 6, and 7 years old on 8/1/10. Please check the age group chart on the right to verify your child's age group. U8s and U6s will be in separate groups.

U9 & Up Registration

	Fill out the registration form online and print it out.
	The registrar requires 1" x 1" headshot photo of the player for the player pass. (U9 & up only)
	Photocopy of player's birth certificate only for incoming U9 players or those who are new to the club and did not register with the club in the spring.
	The registration form has 3 pages.
	Mail your check and registration information to the club PO box.
	Apparel orders may be combined in the same check with registration fee.
	Final Deadline June 8, 2010. Late registrations will not be accepted.

If you are unable to print the forms, a limited number are available at the Louisa Gonser Community Library after March 9th, 70 Bieber Alley in Kutztown. You may also use the library computer to fill out the form and print it yourself.
